Legislative Updates

When the Indiana General Assembly is in session, the Indiana Lakes Management Society provides information on current legislation that may be of interest to those who live near lakes, who recreate on lakes, who help manage our lakes, or are simply interested in lakes.

There will be bills that pertain either directly to our lakes, or that have to do with watershed- scale issues.

All of these types of bills are important because activities in our watersheds directly affect the quality of our lakes and streams.
